Ingredients
  • 3/4 pieces of clove
  • 3/4 pieces of cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tablespoon whole black pepper
  • 3/4 cup bay leaf
  • 3/4 pieces of mace spice
  • 3 tablespoon whole cumin seeds
  • 3 tablespoon whole coriander seeds
  • 15 chicken, drumstick pieces
  • 2 tablespoon himalayan spices
  • 1/2 cup ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon tumeric powder
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon meat masala
Directions
  1. Combine all the spices and finely grind them in a blender.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl with chicken drumsticks. Thoroughly mix the spices so that the chicken pieces are coated with the spice mix. Put the bowl in a cooler for 2 to 4 hours so that the chicken is thoroughly marinated. Take it out of the cooler and grill the meat on a barbecue oven.
