  • 1/4 Cup  olive oil
  • lbs round steak thinly cut 1/8" strips 3" long (no bone)
  • lg quartered and separated sweet white onions (Maui if you can get them)
  •   6-8 lg green bell peppers (cut into strips)
  • Cup Janapanse style soy sauce
  • Cup water
  • 1/2 Cup  white sugar
  • Tbl ginger
  • Minced garlic clove
  • 1/8 Cup  sesame oil
  • Cups uncooked CalRose rice in 2 1/4 cups of water
  •   pineapple
  •   pickled ginger
This is a local homegrown favorite that only needs rice to make it a complete meal.
