Ingredients
  • 1 3- to 4-pound spiral cut ham
  • 1 cup orange marmalade, such as safeway select
  • ½ cup kentucky bourbon
  • ½ cup orange juice concentrate
  • ¼ mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Bake the ham according to package directions.
  2. Combine the marmalade, bourbon, orange juice concentrate, and mayonnaise, and mix well.
  3. When the ham has 20 minutes left to cook, remove from the oven and brush on the glaze; allow to cook for 10 minutes, then brush on a second layer of glaze and allow to cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
