Ingredients

  • Ripe Bananas
  • ripe pear or apple, peeled and chopped
  • 2  Cups  chopped kale leaves, tough stems removed
  • 3/4  Cups  cold freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2  Cup  cold water
  • scoops of UX3: The Body Shaping Beverage (www.ux3nutrition.com)
  • 2  Cups  ice cubes
  • 1  Tablespoon  ground flaxseed

Directions

Puree all ingredients until smooth, scraping sides of blender, as necessary, to mix.
