Notes

Make It Your Own: Don’t have a jar of red peppers lying around? Don’t fret, because this dish makes it easy to swap in flavorful ingredients for ones that you’re missing. Simply sautéing a few extra cloves of minced garlic or hitting the dish with a pinch of red pepper flakes can add heat and flavor to your dish and make it even more homemade.

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3  Cup  water
  • 1  Cup  2% milk
  • 2  Tablespoons  imitation butter spread, such as I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread, divided
  • package Knorr Italian Sides - 4 Cheese Bow Tie Pasta
  • 1/4  Cup  roasted red pepper, cut into strips
  • clove garlic, minced
  • 1  Pound  uncooked medium shrimp
  • One  10-ounce bag baby spinach leaves

Directions

Bring water, milk, and 1 tablespoon spread to the boiling point in 3-quart saucepan. Stir in Knorr Italian Sides - Four Cheese Bow Tie Pasta and roasted peppers. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 13 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Meanwhile, melt remaining 1 tablespoon spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook garlic 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook, turning once, 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add spinach and cook 2 minutes. Stir in Four Cheese Bow Tie Pasta.

Cheese Shopping Tip

If a piece of cheese smells strongly of ammonia, don't buy it. This is typically a sign of spoilage.

Cheese Cooking Tip

Allow cheese to come to room temperature before serving. This will accentuate the flavors and aromas.
