  • can organic pumpkin
  • can full-fat coconut milk
  • apple (or one pear)
  • 1  Cup  pecans
  • 1  Tablespoon  hemp or flax seeds
  • 1  Tablespoon  cinnamon
  • 1  Teaspoon  ground ginger
  • large pinch cardamom
  • 1 1/2  Teaspoon  vanilla
  • 1 1/2  Teaspoon  honey

Directions

Blend everything on high speed for 1-2 minutes and serve.
