Ingredients

  • 3/4  Ounces  Averna
  • 3/4  Ounces  cognac
  • 3/4  Ounces  rum, preferably Appleton
  • 3/4  Ounces  fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4  Ounces  simple syrup
  • dashes chocolate bitters
  • Orange slice, to garnish

Directions

Combine Averna, cognac, rum, lemon juice, simple syrup, and chocolate bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake briefly to combine. Strain into a chilled glass. Add crushed ice on top. Garnish with an orange slice, and serve with a straw.
