Classic guacamole gets a smoky, spicy twist with just a pinch of ground chipotle powder. If you don't have chipotle powder on hand, you could try adding cuimin for a similarly smoky flavor instead.

Combine the onion, garlic, tomato, jalapeno, and cilantro in a large bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Fold in the mashed avocado. Add lime juice, salt, and chipotle powder to taste.
