Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 parts cognac, preferably courvoisier vsop cognac
  • 3 parts ginger beer
  • 1 parts apple cider
  • 1 dash of angostura bitters
  • lime slice, for garnish
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and serve on the rocks in a highball glass.
  2. Garnish with a lime slice.
