Ingredients

  • 3/4  Cups  old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2  Cup  rice milk
  • 1/8  Teaspoon  cinnamon
  • 1  Tablespoon  peanut butter
  • 1  Teaspoon  cocoa powder
  • slices ripe banana
  • 1/8  Teaspoon  kosher salt
  • 1  Teaspoon  brown sugar
  • 1  Pinch of  crushed salted peanuts

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a mason jar or sealed container and top with crushed peanuts. Allow to sit overnight in the fridge or for more than 5 hours. Enjoy!
