  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1 scoop of protein powder, such as chocolate kura
  • add a handful of baby spinach for an extra punch of nutrition.
