Chocolate Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
  • 8 ounce 61 percent or 72 percent chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 teaspoon of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 2 dash of tabasco
  • cookies, pound cake, marshmallows, or berries, for dipping
Directions
  1. Place the chocolate and corn syrup in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour the heavy cream and milk into a small saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Pour the hot cream and milk mixture over the chocolate, and whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Strain the mixture into a bowl.
  3. Add 4 tablespoons of your favorite barbecue sauce and 2 dashes of Tabasco to the chocolate mixture.
  4. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats. Dip cookies, berries, or marshmallows into the chocolate barbecue glaze and place on the lined baking sheets. Allow the chocolate barbecue glaze to set and then enjoy.
