  • 1 tablespoon chamomile flowers
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lavender
Directions
  1. Combine almond milk, chamomile, and lavender in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over very low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.Strain and stir in honey if desired.
