Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, soy, almond, etc.)
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon carrington farms organic extra virgin coconut oil
  • 12 slices bread (of choice)
Directions
  1. 1. Heat griddle over medium heat and brush with Carrington Farms Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. 2. Set bread aside and blend all remaining ingredients in a blender, until smooth. 3. Pour mixture into a shallow dish. 4. Submerge each bread slice into mixture and place on griddle. 5. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, then flip over to cook other side (until golden brown). 6. Serve with maple syrup and/or fresh fruit.
