Ingredients
  • 2 ounce whiskey, such as bushmills black bush
  • 3/4 ounce jalapeño infused maple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce lustau los arcos amontillado sherry
  • 2 egg whites
  • angostura bitters
  • 4 ounce hot water
  • 16 ounce maple syrup
Directions
  1. Dry shake, then shake over ice, serve in a coupe glass with Angostura bitter garnish and a jalapeño.
  2. Stir water and maple syrup together.
  3. Add one slice of jalapeño pepper and let sit for eight hours.
  4. Strain and refrigerate.
