Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 figs, diced
- 1 1/2 ounce brown sugar-fig simple syrup
- 2 ounce bourbon
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Mash the figs as they soften, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and let cool before use.
- Combine the ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until cold. Strain over ice in a whiskey glass.
