Try this Bloody Mary recipe made with Mark West’s pinot noir.

Ingredients
  • lemon or lime, halved
  • margarita salt
  • 2 ounce vodka
  • 7 ounce tomato juice
  • 1/4 lemon, juiced
  • 3 ounce pinot noir, such as mark west pinot noir
  • 3 shakes worcestershire sauce
  • 4-6 drops hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • celery stalk, for garnish
Directions
  1. Rub lemon or lime around rim of glass and then put the rim in margarita salt. Add ice to glass.
  2. Mix vodka, tomato juice, pinot noir, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, pepper, celery salt, and horseradish and pour in glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime, olives, and a celery stalk.
