Bacon-Wrapped Mango Shrimp

Bacon-Wrapped Mango Shrimp
4.3 from 3 ratings
Parks and Recreation’s Ron Swanson described bacon-wrapped shrimp as “my No. 1 favorite food wrapped around my No. 3 favorite food,” and we’re not one to argue with him. Take this already delicious appetizer to the next level by adding juicy, sweet mango to make a perfectly sweet, salty, and savory dish. This recipe is courtesy of the National Mango Board.
