Ingredients
  • ¼ cup herbed soft cheese spread
  • 2 organic green kiwifruit, peeled and sliced, such as zespri®
  • 2 sungold kiwifruit, peeled and sliced, such as zespri®
  • 8 slices crisply-cooked lower-sodium bacon
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 medium slices bread
Directions
  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of the cheese on 4 slices of the bread. Divide the kiwifruit, bacon and lettuce over cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
