Apple and Granola Breakfast Cobbler
Ingredients
  • 4 medium granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 cup granola cereal, plus additional for garnish
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • whipping cream, half-and-half, or yogurt
Directions
  1. Combine apples, 2 cups of granola, brown sugar, butter, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. Serve warm. Garnish with additional granola and cream.
