  • 1 1/2 Ounce  Peppered vodka
  • 3 Ounces  Strawberry/Tomato juice
  • 1/2 Ounce  Balsamic Syrup
  •   pepperoncini and strawberry

Strawberry/Tomato Juice

  • 4 Ounces  strawberries
  • 4 Ounces  tomatoes
  • 1 Ounce  water
  •   4 pepperoncini

Balsamic Syrup

  • 1 1/2 Cup  sugar
  • 1/2 Cup  water
  • 1 Cup  balsamic vinegar

Like a Tuscan sunrise over the region’s renowned vineyards, our Al Fresca Mary is brimming with warmth – and many of the subtle flavor notes you might find in a superior Chianti – thanks to tomato juice infused with fresh strawberry and lightly spicy pepperoncini and a generous pour of rich balsamic syrup.


Method: In a mixing glass, build first three ingredients.  Shake and pour into a wine glass.  Garnish with a pepperoncini and strawberry.

Strawberry/Tomato Juice

Method: Blanch and peel 4 oz. fresh tomatoes.  Add 4 oz. fresh strawberries, 4 pepperoncini's, and 1 oz. water.  Blend together until pureed.

Balsamic Syrup

Method: Bring sugar and water to a boil simmer until sugar dissolves and turns an amber color. Simmer vinegar in the meantime. Once sugar syrup is ready, slowly add vinegar.  Simmer together for about 5 minutes to thicken syrup.
