Foursquare Tips

  • The tortilla soup at lunch here is bananas!
  • Fancy! The wait staff knows how to pair wine!
  • Fun fact: Many ingredients found in chef Andre Natera's classic American dishes come from the restaurant's 3,000-square-foot rooftop herb and vegetable garden.
  • Adam makes an excellent cappucino. Skip the Starbucks and head here!
  • Eat at one of the best restaurants in Dallas. Chef JW and sommelier Hunter are the best!
  • Great place to meet up with people if you are staying in the hotel. The ships they serve at the bar are excellent and addictive.
  • New Year's Eve dinner... A sad excuse for a Dallas restaurant. Service was lacking, staff had no clue. Very poor. Management really didn't care. No stars in my book!
  • The new chef is not good. Took forever for our food to come out, restaurant was empty. Wine server fun don't know how to pour properly
  • Bar is great! Make sure to get a drink
  • Ask for items being grown on the rooftop garden as the dishes that incorporate the produce and herbs are the best.
  • Good place to meet attractive yuppies and execs, not ideal if you aren't single! Drinks are expensive, food is great, from the adjacent restaurant.
  • The rooftop terrace garden at chef jW Foster's disposal measures over 3,000 square feet and features 1,800-plus plants, including watermelon, pumpkins, heirloom tomatoes, and even figs.
