Ingredients
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 15-ounce can pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon allspice
  • ⅛ teaspoon cloves
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cup plain, non-fat greek yogurt
Directions
  1. Purée the raisins to a smooth paste in a blender. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg, and purée until smooth. Fold the pumpkin mix into the yogurt until well combined.
