Pumpkin Stuffed Chicken Breast

- boneless chicken breast
- prepared puréed pumpkin
- Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
For the ultimate pumpkin dish, serve this pumpkin-flavored chicken. It's easy to make, and you can serve it as your main dish.
Pound chicken breast until evenly thin. Put chicken on parchment paper. Put 2 tablespoons of pumpkin mash in middle.
Roll chicken breast into a roulade. Use toothpicks or skewers to keep closed.
Brush with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
