Foursquare Tips

  • A place thats serious about its food and drink, but still remembers that the reason people go out drinking in the first place is to have some fun.
  • all around awesome spot. good for a big group in the back room.
  • Try the barrel-aged Manhattan. It's smooooooth.
  • Try the Sunday brunch or even Saturday lunch.
  • order a ROOT cocktail while I'm here and it's on me! I love ROOT n' Ginger or ROOT n' club soda with lime!
  • RIP Churchill Burger....
  • Pub & Kitchen serves up some of the best burgers in Philly, & British classics like blood sausage and Fish & Chips. They also age their own cocktails in mini-casks for added flavor. [Eater 38 Member]
  • The burgers rightfully get a lot of hype, but listen carefully to your server; the specials are where chef Jonathan Adams really shines.
  • Among connoisseurs, Laphroaig enjoys legendary status. Its iodine and peat notes make it the classic Islay Single Malt, perfect for these miserably cold, snowy days we seem to be mired in. Try one.
  • The service was fair at best.
  • Go to Pub and Kitchen, get a beer and a burger. Reward myself with a Pabbit t-shirt.
  • The Pabbit may have lost chef Jonathan Adams and star bartender George Costa, but its still pumping out tasty eats and delicious drinks.
  • With a solid beer selection, delicious fish & chips and burgers (the Churchill Burger is a local favorite); this is an inviting casual neighborhood spot.
  • Burgers were ok. I ordered mine medium rare and it was beyond medium. Service was good but burgers were definitely sub-par compared to others in the city.
  • Serious about making you flip for the food and drinks, and laid back enough to let you have an awesome time.
  • Churchill burger and bone marrow appetizer
  • Try the TuB Gin. Good with Q Tonic or in a martini up.
  • Get the Churchill. Shockingly worth the extra. Best drink in Philly is their Manhattan imho.
  • Gin drinkers can do themselves a favor and ask for TuB.
  • This place is great. Try the sweetly tangy Eberly Farm chicken wings.
