Foursquare Tips

  • The best crab cake sandwich I've ever had - and I used to live in Chesapeake Bay. Service was a little weak, though.
  • Wow!!! I just had the BEST blackened Pacific snapper of my life!!! Great food, great service!! Excellent!!
  • Best kept secret spot for fantastic sea food. Obviously you should try the bread bowl clam cowder!
  • Fried calamari appetizer is the best!
  • Great seafood and an amazingly good steak sandwich.
  • If you buy live crabs on a crab boat, you can bring them behind the restaurant, where they offer cook/clean/crack for $2-3. You can also eat in the restaurant. A seat with cutlery and sauce for $5.
  • Clam chowder was east coast good on the west coast. Crab sandwich grill was good. Seafood on the rough.
  • Buy live crabs from the boats, then bring them here to eat: $2 cook, $2.50 cook/clean, $3 cook/clean/crack (per crab).
  • The whole crab was mouth watering!
  • Best breakfast around
  • It was late and I had a big lunch earlier, so I opted for the very fresh half-crab (steamed). It was delicious. Will be there again for fresh seafood!
  • The restaurant will let you order a single oyster from the window with your meal -- if that is your thing :)
  • Food is good, but service is spotty.
  • Great fish tacos. Very good price too
  • Still the best Chowder in HMB. Since they opened the restaurant they have done lots better and the prices are the same as outside. The menu just needs lots more "Real Creativity" + better service.
  • Very food fish tacos with Blk beans and rice. Yummy.
  • Best salmon salad on the coast. Spicy and seared rare!
  • They also can clean and cut your catch.
  • Here for a school field trip. Owner Mary has been wonderful and the kids are learning a lot and having a blast!
  • Randy's awesome. He'll crack your cooked crab for you with a rubber mallet!
