Mustards Grill

This garden-to-glass cocktail from Cindy Pawlcyn's Mustards Grill features the juice of prickly pears grown right in the Mustards garden.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ ounces Don Julio Plata tequila
  • 1 ounce agave syrup
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce fresh prickly pear juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge, for garnish
  • Salt, for garnish
     

DIRECTIONS

Combine all of the ingredients together (except for the lime wedge and salt) and shake with ice.

Wet the rim of a glass with lime and dip in salt to garnish. To serve, pour the cocktail with ice into the salt-rimmed glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
