Exquisite ambiance, elegant dining, and a state-of-the-art culinary academy—Plant Food + Wine has it all. With locations in Los Angeles and Miami, the restaurant focuses on locally sourced and raw ingredients. And when we say “local,” we mean it. With an on-site garden, many of the dishes—which look almost too gorgeous to eat—use flowers, herbs, and other freshly picked ingredients. As if that weren’t enough, the Miami location received a stellar four-star review from the Miami Herald and may be the first vegetarian or vegan restaurant to receive such recognition from a major publication.
As an added treat, Maine-based Arata, specializing in Asian-inspired cuisine, will be holding a pop-up at Los Angeles’ Plant Food + Wine location for 11 days only—July 28 through August 7. It will include a noodle bar and delicious steamed buns. Try it while you can!
Did you know we're launching an ARATA POP UP at #plantfoodandwine Venice? We're hosting @aratarestaurant for a special 11 DAY takeover from July 28- August 7th. This raw churro actually might be heaven on a plate, along with passionfruit cashew cheesecake that, well, takes the cake:
Still dreaming about these desserts from @plantfoodandwine. Pictures don't do them justice! Left: passion fruit cheesecake with a pistachio crust, candied ginger, and rhubarb compote. Right: raw churro with chili chocolate ice cream, mesquite whip, and dehydrated lime glass. #vegan #plantbased #raw #glutenfree #gf
