  • 1 ½ ounces Pimm’s No. 1
  • ½ ounce sweet and sour mix
  • Ginger ale
  • Cucumber slice, for garnish

Originally invented in New Orleans, this gin-based cocktail is a Southern favorite that is much loved by guests at the Polo Club Lounge in New Orleans.


In a highball glass filled with ice, combine Pimm’s and sweet and sour mix. Fill with ginger ale to the top of the glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice and long straw
