PETA Gifts Animal-Lover Miley Cyrus A Pig For Her 20th Birthday

Two big things have already happened to Miley Cyrus this year: One, she got engaged to Australian actor Liam Hemsworth and two, she chopped all of her hair off into a bleach-blonde pixie cut. But her most recent accomplishment? Her 20th birthday.

The singer rang in the big 2-0 with a bash including all of her closest pals and her fiancé, and the party also included a very special gift. PETA, the animal rights organization, sponsored an adorable little rescue pig in Cyrus' honor because of her dedication to animal rights.

Cyrus was more than excited, taking to Twitter to say, "Oh my pigggggyyyy! She is so cute I can hardly stand itttttt!"

"PETA knew that sponsoring a rescued pig was the perfect birthday present for a young woman who spends so much time encouraging others to help animals. From promoting animal adoption to speaking up for cows who suffer on dairy farms, Miley never stops letting her millions of fans know what they can do to make the world a kinder place," PETA vice president Tracy Reiman told E! News about their intentions behind the gift.

Cyrus was scrutinized for her dramatic weight loss a few months back, but snapped back declaring that she learned she had both a gluten and lactose allergy. At that time, PETA also sent her a vegan cookbook to introduce her to a new type of cooking.

So what's her name, you ask? Say hello to little Nora!
