The Perfect Picnic Lunch Menu

With the weather warmer, I'm sure we can all agree on one thing: even the simplest meals eaten out of doors are more enjoyable (and some may say delicious) than those eaten inside. Maybe it's the sun beating down on your back, maybe it's the fact you're sitting in the grass or on a picnic blanket. Whatever it is, all I can think about right now is packing up a portable meal, maybe a bottle of bubbly, grabbing a blanket — and a couple of close friends — and heading out to the nearest park.

Looking for something to do this weekend? Grab the kids and head to  your local park for a lunch in the grass followed by the activity of their choice (a frisbee, a soccer ball, or even a portable croquet set are great options). Stuck in the city? Escape for the day with a boys trip to the mountains for some hiking and lunch at the summit.

When you're picnicking, what do you like to pack?
