Peppermelon

Peppermelon
4 from 1 ratings
For a great gin cocktail, try a Peppermelon, created by H. Joseph Ehrmann specifically for the National Honey Board. The balancing of flavors is brought together by the honey. This recipe also features a honey simple syrup, which is perfect alternative to traditional simple syrups. Honey simple syrup achieves more sweetness per volume compared to a traditional syrup. All you need is 4 parts honey to 1 part water.
