Paul's Yogurt Chicken Recipe
Exclusive from The Daily Meal
Boneless chicken thighs (trim fat) or breasts
Greek honey yogurt
Preheat oven to 325°
Place yogurt in shallow bowl, place breadcrumbs in another shallow bowl
Dip chicken in yogurt, and cover completely - both sides
Place coated chicken in breadcrumbs and coat completely - both sides
Place prepared chicken in an ungreased shallow glass baking pan
Repeat with other pieces of chicken - side by side
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes until tops of breadcrumbs are slightly brown
