The Nosh at Wicker Park artisanal food festival begins July 13th, Chicago Magazine is reporting.

The festival, which will feature over 30 vendors, will be held every Saturday at the A.N. Prtizker School playground from 11 a..m. to 6 p.m. and will also feature live music.

All showcased foods will be small-batch, artisan foods that are native to Chicago and made primarily by Chicago entrepreneurs. Food will be served alongside merchandise and cooking equipment available for purchase.

July 13th also marks the ice cream social at Hotel Lincoln on Clark Street. The hotel will be serving Oberweis ice cream from 1 to 3 p.m., and will also host a sidewalk chalk content and face painting.

Not satisfied by these Saturday activities? You can head over to Arlington Park for the Arlington International Food Truck Festival. The Big Shish, and The Meatloaf Bakery are among 10 participating trucks in the inaugural festival. Ticket holders are entitled to two wine or beer tickets, and five tickets for sample selections from food trucks.
