Chef Curtis Stone Will Add New Flavors To Princess Cruises

Chef Curtis Stone is teaming up with Princess Cruises to create a new menu for all cruise ships, a new restaurant concept for four ships, and a special "Chef's Table" experience, according to a press release.

Stone's (owner of Maude and host of Food Network's Kitchen Inferno and Beach Eats) new menu, Crafted by Curtis, will debut on the Golden Princess ship this fall. The menu will reach all other Princess Cruises by the end of 2015.

The new restaurant will debut in December on the Emerald Princess ship, which sails from Ft. Lauderdale to the Caribbean, and the Ruby Princess, which sails in Hawaii and Mexico. The restaurant will be added to the Coral Princess, which sails on the Panama Canal, and Sun Princess, in Australia, next year.

Stone will also debut a Chef's Table experience in early 2016 to showcase some of his favorite dishes. The menu will be prepared by each cruise ship's executive chef.
