Noma Will Extend Its Stay In Tokyo Until February 14

Due to overwhelming demand, René Redzepi has decided to continue the Noma pop-up in Japan for another two weeks, until February 14.

In May, Redzepi announced that Noma would move to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Tokyo for the month of January, and reservations became available online in late June.

The hotel offered guests the option of a dinner reservation with a single night stay, or a lunch reservation that did not require a hotel stay.

Over the next five business days, guests on the waitlist will be contacted and given first priority to book their visits to Noma at the Mandarin Oriental.

New reservations will be accepted starting October 17, with lunch reservations as well as private dining room bookings for both lunch and dinner available via Noma's website, and reservations for the accommodation package, including dinner are available on the hotel's website.

"We are incredibly honored by the demand we have received so far and are extremely excited to be able to welcome more guests to our Japanese adventure," announced chef Redzepi in a statement.
