World Champion Boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Says He And Gordon Ramsay Will Open The World's Best Restaurant Together

Floyd Mayweather, Jr., currently undefeated world champion wrestler and the world's highest paid athlete as of 2014, will reportedly expand his world domination plans to include that of the restaurant industry, reports The Mirror.

The multiple weight-class champion apparently plans to team up with chef Gordon Ramsay for a restaurant in Las Vegas that he predicts will be the world's best restaurant.

As a reminder, that title belongs to Noma at the moment, if you happen to put any stock in that sort of thing.

Mayweather, who lives in Las Vegas, told The Mirror that the decision to partner with Ramsay, who currently retains 14 Michelin stars (previously 15) and already operates three restaurants in Las Vegas (Gordon Ramsay BurGR, Gordon Ramsay Steak, and Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill), was an easy one.

"I want to be the best at everything I do," said Mayweather. "If I open a restaurant I have got to have the best chef. I am going to be speaking with Gordon Ramsay about becoming my business partner."
