The duck and goat meat-centric restaurant will feature mostly authentic Chinese cuisine in the same neighborhood as Izard's earlier restaurants.

"So instead of taking a flavor here or a noodle there, [Duck Duck Goat will] have food you might actually find in China," Izard told DNAInfo of the upcoming venture last year.

The menu will feature dishes inspired by Izards travels through China and Taiwan, with a dozen different homemade doughs on the menu including house-made noodles, buns, wonton wrappers, and pancakes, as well as several different sauces made from scratch. According to Zagat, the menu is divided into seven sections: Dim sum, hot soups, cold dishes, noodles, fried rice, main, and large dishes.

Izard announced the official opening on Instagram with a video and the caption, "The time for noodles is now!"
