Pizza Guy Administers CPR To Customer: 'I Left A Pizza Boy, And Came Back A Pizza Man'

One pizza delivery guy is being hailed as a hero for saving the life of a customer after he administered CPR during a delivery.

Anson Lemmer, 19, delivers pizza for Uncle Pizza in Glenwood, Colorado. Two days after the teenager began his summer job, he arrived at an address on Valley View Road with a hot pizza, and was greeted with a more chaotic scene than he imagined. Lemmer told local newspaper the Post Independent that he saw a man who had turned blue lying on the ground. Two bystanders were attempting CPR on the victim and calling 911. Luckily, Lemmer had been trained in CPR a year ago, and began administering chest compressions immediately. Once the EMTs arrived, the man began to breathe again, and was taken to the ER.

"I called my parents and said this has been the craziest pizza delivery ever. I left a pizza boy and came back a pizza man," Lemmer said. "They were proud of me. Totally unexpected thing."
