The Pink Strawberry Starburst Freeze Is Back At Taco Bell

Back in 2014, Taco Bell teased us with a limited-edition, bubblegum-pink Starburst Freeze. Now Taco Bell and Starburst are teaming up once more to bring back the strawberry Starburst-flavored slushie.

A 16-ounce cup will cost you just $1.99 and is available at participating Taco Bell locations. Starburst announced the happy, juicy news on Twitter, and everyone's already buzzing about it. The description, however, sounds pretty questionable:

"Once you drink it though, you'll quickly find that the pink is just a facade and somewhere in its core, this innocent-looking delicacy has a villainous tendency," Taco Bell's description reads. "It's just waiting for the chance to flip that cute veneer and give you the worst brain freeze you can possibly imagine. Before you've even had the chance to say 'this is delicious,' your head will be as ice cold as this Strawberry Freeze's little pink heart."

Ouch, sounds painful! Even more painful is the sugar content; one drink contains 60 grams of sugar, about two and a half days' worth of your recommended daily sugar intake, according to World Health Organization standards.
