Ohio Woman Arrested For Calling 911, Saying That Her Chinese Food Was 'Not Up To Par'

If there was a fortune cookie that came with this order, it would probably say that if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Or just write a bad review online.

A woman in Ohio was arrested for calling 911 to complain about Chinese food that she ordered on July 7.

Tracey McCloud, 44, told police that the food she ordered from Main Moon Chinese Restaurant in Alliance was "not up to par for her liking" and asked for her money back, but the restaurant refused and just took the food away. Authorities said that there was no real emergency, and she was arrested and charged for misusing 911 — a misdemeanor offense.

McCloud placed the call in the restaurant. She apparently paid by credit card, ate some of the food, and wanted the refund in cash. While placing the call with police, she said that the workers were "acting like they don't understand me." The restaurant said that they refunded her card, but now she has more to worry about than eating food that's not up to par. McCloud is scheduled to appear in court this week.
