New Chick-Fil-A App Offers Mobile Ordering And Free Food Rewards

Waiting on long lines for Chick-fil-A will now be a thing of the past, thanks to the chain's newly launched Chick-fil-A One app.

In a release, the brand writes, "The app is designed to give customers more choices to better meet their needs." The Chick-fil-A One app allows customers to customize their meals, order and pay in advance, and skip the line at the register.

"We know time is valuable, and we're excited to offer this new convenience that will empower guests to order what they want, when they want it and exactly how they want it, all from their mobile device," said Michael Lage, senior manager of digital experience for Chick-fil-A. "This app was developed based on customer feedback, so it was specifically designed to give our guests an even more convenient and personalized experience in our restaurant."

Customers who order and pay through the app will be rewarded with free food, which is catered to each guest based on previous orders and preferences. Additionally, anyone that downloads or updates the app and creates a Chick-fil-A One account between June 1 and June 11 will receive an offer for a free Chick-fil-A sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, or grilled chicken sandwich.
