Kraft Is Expanding Their American Singles Recall To Include Thousands More Cases Of Cheese

Kraft Heinz recalled 36,000 cases of American cheese singles last month, and now they are expanding the recall to include additional cases.

The cheeses are being recalled because the plastic wrapper may pose a choking hazard. There are now about 335,000 cases of Kraft singles affected by the recall.

The expanded cases include three- and four-pound Kraft singles and white American singles with Best When Used By dates 13 DEC 15 through 18 FEB 16; one-pound Kraft singles and white American singles with Best When Used By dates 11 JAN 16 and 24 JAN 16 through 06 FEB 16; three-pound Kraft American singles in a 72-count cardboard carton; and a three-pound deli deluxe with Best When Used By dates 21 JAN 16 through 02 MAR 16.

All of these cheeses have manufacturing codes S54 or S55.

These products were shipped to retailers in the United States, Puerto Rico, Anguilla, Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Netherland Antilles, Saint Kitts and Nevis, South Korea, St. Lucia, and the British Virgin Islands.

If you've purchased any of these Kraft singles, you are advised to return them to the store for an exchange or full refund.
