The 2017 James Beard Award Finalists Have Been Announced
The finalists for the 2017 James Beard Awards have been announced in categories ranging from Best New Restaurant to Outstanding Restaurateur and Best (regional) Chefs in America. The award ceremony will take place on Monday, May 1, and will be hosted by Modern Family's Jesse Tyler Ferguson at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
The 2017 James Beard Award nominees in the media categories were also announced and can be found here. That ceremony will take place on New York City's Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers on Tuesday, April 25.
