Introducing The Ramen-Ritto, The Ramen-Burrito Hybrid Of Your Dreams

One West Village café has completely bowled everyone over with the introduction of the Ramen-ritto, a ramen burrito, over at Press Tea Café. What is the Ramen-ritto? Why, it's the mash-up of all food mash-ups, featuring a burrito made with all the fixins', but instead of rice, you'll find delicious Hawaiian-style ramen noodles from Sun Noodle inside, made with pork broth and house spices. You can stuff your burrito with your choice of meats, as well as vegetables and, sauces, spices, cheese, or go for a ramen-ritto bowl if you're looking for lighter fare.

Sounds like a really crazy menu item for a quaint café near NYU, but reviews so far say it's worth it. Here is the list of mouthwatering ingredient options: ratatouille, chicken, pulled pork, steak, pickled onions, umami egg, corn, and fresh greens. Plus, you can wash all of that down with a nice cup of steaming hot tea. Take that, ramen burger! Next, we definitely want to see ramen n' cheese. Oh wait...
