Highlights From Brunch With Bobby Flay At The 2015 New York City Wine And Food Festival

Capitalizing on the Food Network celebrity's favorite meal of the week, guests of the New York City Wine and Food Festival had the chance to eat "Brunch at Bobby's," hosted in the expansive Capitale building in Manhattan.

Highlights from the menu included black pepper biscuits with baked ham and tangerine marmalade, Calabrian scrambled eggs, bagels topped with whitefish salad from Kossar's Bialys, creamy polenta with baked eggs and braised greens, carrot cake pancakes, and bananas foster bread pudding, a version of the chef's bananas foster French toast, from his show on the Cooking Channel, also called Brunch at Bobby's.

To tide guests over as they waited in line to build their brunch plates, there were "Bloody Marias" and a breakfast margarita, as well as glasses of Champagne, and coffee from illy.

Guests had the chance to purchase a copy of chef Flay's newest cookbook, Brunch @ Bobby's: 140 Recipes for the Best Part of the Weekend.
