David Burke Kitchen Comes To Aspen, Colorado, This November

The David Burke Group, which operates such iconic restaurants as Fishtail, Prime, and David Burke Townhouse, is coming to Aspen, Colorado.A sister restaurant of David Burke Kitchen in New York will be opening in the classic ski town this November with executive chef Matthew O'Neill (formerly of the Ajax Tavern in the Little Nell hotel in Aspen) at the helm. The restaurant will not be run directly by Burke, as he announced last year that he is "stepping down from day to day operations of the group," although he is still an active owner.

Although scant details are known about the restaurant, the David Burke Group praises the forthcoming eatery's "classic style of cooking, featuring authentic, all-American ingredients with items sourced locally in Colorado along with an inspired beverage program and hand-crafted cocktails." All ingredients will be sourced locally and inspired by the town's market.

According to David Burke Kitchen Aspen's website, "it is here where we [will] pay homage to the craft of cooking and sharing hearty, rustic American food."
