Ben & Jerry's Just Released A Beer-Flavored Salted Caramel Brownie Ice Cream

Move over, Cherry Garcia. We think we may have found America's new favorite Ben & Jerry's flavor. The iconic ice cream brand surprised us all by releasing a beer with New Belgium Brewing earlier this year, and now they've announced an ice cream flavor inspired by that same cocoa-brewed ale: Salted Caramel Brown-ie Ale, according to Brand Eating.

The limited edition ice cream will hit Ben & Jerry's scoop shops and retail stores sometime later this month. The flavor features New Belgium Brown Ale ice cream with salted caramel swirls and fudge brownies.

Plus, while you're digging into beer ice cream, you can also enjoy the fact that part of the proceeds will benefit Protect Our Winters, an organization aimed at tackling climate change.  If this sounds familiar to you, it's because Ben & Jerry's has been a proponent of environmental causes for a while now; their last limited-edition flavor, Save Our Swirled, was meant to raise awareness of climate change as well.
