Ben & Jerry's Graces Us With New Core Flavors Including Brownie Batter And Cookies & Cream Cheesecake

Ben & Jerry's certainly ruffled a few feathers (and made some lifelong fans) with the introduction of their vegan line of ice cream last month. Luckily for longtime B&J customers, the beloved ice cream company is back to lactose basics with its new line of Core flavors: Brownie Batter, Cookies & Cream Cheesecake, and Coconuts for Caramel. All three flavors will hit freezer aisles in the next few weeks, and a version of the Brownie Batter Core flavor will be appearing in scoop shops.

Here's the breakdown of what creamy, caramel-y, chocolaty goodness you can find in each of the pints:

Brownie Batter: Chocolate and vanilla ice cream with fudge brownies and a brownie batter core

Coconuts for Caramel: Caramel and sweet cream coconut ice creams with fudge flakes and a caramel core

Cookies & Cream Cheesecake: Chocolate and cheesecake ice creams with chocolate cookies and a cheesecake core

We tried out each of the flavors and the runaway favorite was Brownie Batter Core, which brought us back to our childhoods when we always tried to sneak a few licks from the spoon when Mom or Dad made brownies.

The first line of Core flavors debuted in 2014 with Peanut Butter Fudge, That's My Jam, Hazed & Confused, and Salted Caramel. Spectacular Speculoos, Boom Chocolatta and Peanut Buttah joined the party last year.
