Armed Robbers Leave Behind Trails Of Candy

Police in Fremont, Ohio, are searching for three men who robbed a store at gunpoint and then left behind three trails of candy, including gum and lollipops, when they ran away.

Earlier this week, three men entered Koeb's Korner and demanded that the cashier give up an undisclosed sum of money.

According to the police report, the thieves also stole a number of alcohol products, cigars, and large amounts of candy, including "Big League Chew Bubble Gum, Blow Pop Suckers, Fun Dip, Mentos, and Laffy Taffy."

The men, who wore bandanas to cover their faces, split up after running away from the store and left trails of candy in three different directions.

Police have not yet identified the trio, but the men are believed to be between the ages of 19 and 30. Similarly telling trails of macaroni salad and junk food have led to quick arrests by police in other towns, so we hope this gets resolved soon.
